Madcat stop motion tryouts

Um, yes.
Still bored (see my boredom [link] stop motion)

I originally bought 2 Joyride Studios 8 inch metal / diecast Mechwarrior (battletech) action figures, with the hope that i'd be able to do some cool mini-movies with em.

But of course, it didn't go to plan. If you didn't notice in the paragraph above, they're diecast. Part plastic, part "heavy metal".

Thus, although I can move arms, bend knees, torso twist, it's next to impossible to move the figures so that they can maintain a walking pose. I have tried,several times, but promptly after posing them, just as I'm about to take a photo, they fall over!

So all they're good for are static animations like this, which sucks, they look cool and everything.

Depending on what you guys think of this one, I'll do the other one. Madcats / Timberwolf's always WERE my faveourite anyway!

Heh, one reason why i thought this was cool, is that depending on which buttons you click, and when, it almost looks like the 'mech is doing some robot dancing moves. Pity the file size is so DAMNED BIG!
